KUKUS ROLL BROWNIES

For 12 Cut


Material:
- 1 Wrap (400 grams) Steamed brownie cake mix
- 5 eggs
- 150 g margarine
- 100 grams dark cooking chocolate, cut into pieces
- Mix 100 grams of fruit, cut into pieces
- 150 grams of butter cream to polish
- 50 grams of white cooking chocolate melted for garnish


How to Make:
1. Heat margarine. Turn off the fire. Enter cooking chocolate thick. Stir until dissolved.
2. Beat eggs with 3 minutes at high speed until fluffy.
3. Enter steamed cake mix brownies. Beat 4 minutes at high speed until thickened.
4. Add the margarine mixture. Mix well. Enter the fruit mix. Mix well.

6. Steam 20 minutes over medium heat until cooked. Let warm.
